Ms.Dai Jiling, was appointed on 24 March 2023 as a non-executive Director. Ms.Dai is primarily responsible for reviewing and supporting the overall corporate and business development and strategic planning of the Group.

    Ms.Dai has over 29 years of experience in journalism and business operations, having worked as a reporter in Anyang TV Station from August 1993 to February 2001, as a reporter in the interview department of the news centre of China Central Television ("CCTV") from February 2001 to March 2009, and as the chief reporter and station manager of CCTV Henan Reporter Station from March 2009 to May 2019, successively. From March 2009 to May 2019, he was the chief reporter and station manager of CCTV Henan Reporter Station. Since May 2019, she has been the vice president of Jianye Real Estate Company Limited and its subsidiaries ("Jianye Group"), and has successively served as the deputy secretary of the Party Committee, the secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee and the secretary of the Party Committee of the Jianye Group, responsible for party building, auditing and supervision, branding, public welfare, customer service and daily management of the Jianye Group.

    Ms.Dai received her Bachelor's Degree in Journalism in July 2002 from Zhengzhou University.
